About Diego Torres:

Diego Torres is a mechanical engineer, investor, and amateur musician from Bucaramanga, Colombia. He cofounded and is the President of the Organization for the Development of Santander , a non-profit focused on educational and technology initiatives in Santander, Colombia, and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Black Rock Philharmonic.

He was the founding/chief engineer of Sorting Robotics (Y Combinator 2019) and was an early employee of Verdigris Tech.

He plays the French horn, plays soccer, has lived in Colombia, the United States, France, Turkey, China, and Singapore, and has visited 60 countries.
